Chloe Scull is a Denver based coloratura soprano. She attended the Denver School of the Arts through middle and high school. Her primary focus is classical music, but has strong ties with musical theater. She received her Bachelor of Music degree with an emphasis in opera from the University of Denver, Lamont School of Music, where she studied under Sara Bardill.
Through her time at the University of Denver, Scull fostered her love of language and opera. She particularly loves performing in French, performing in the language as frequently as she can. In the future she hopes to provide insight into the relatability of opera to the modern day, proving that it is absolutely a timeless art form.
Scull has performed in many places around Colorado, including the Lamont School of Music, the Denver Center for Performing Arts, and the Pikes Peak Center for Performing Arts. She has performed in musicals such as Ross and Addler’s The Pajama Game as Mabel, Sondheim’s Into the Woods as Rapunzel, and Loesser’s Guys and Dolls as General Cartwright. She has been in several operas, most notably in Help, Help, The Globolinks! by Giancarlo Menotti as Emily.
